Job Description

Role Designation- Consultant

Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. , Lead small projects. , Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives. , Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required. , At least 4 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Domain. , At least 4 years of Product and package implementation experience, At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/ solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment, At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/ external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process, At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/ Design / Detailing of Processes, Analytical and Communication skills, Planning and Co-ordination skills, Experience with project management, Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel, Experience in Insurance Domain. , Product and package implementation experience i. e Guidewire, Experience in Development/ Configuration/ solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment, Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/ external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process, Analytics Background (working knowledge of R, SAS), Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban etc. ), Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/ Design / Detailing of Processes, Analytics , Location of posting shall be driven as per business needs.
