Job Description

Looking for candidates who is having good English communication skills to pursue his/her career in Voice, Chat or Email Support (Blend Process).

Roles and Responsibilities:

      • In this role candidate is expected to work in shifts working from office in Banglore. Ideal candidate should be Proficient in English communication.

Desired Candidate Profile and Experience:

      • Freshers or experienced resources in Voice.
      • Anyone who is having good English communication skills will be considered.
      • Experience in handling email grievances/queries would be an advantage.

Qualification:

      • Any undergraduate or graduate can apply.

Timings:

      • Shift Timings8 hours.
      • 6 days working week

Immediate joiners will be preferred. Freshers are eligible to apply as well.

Perks and Benefits:

    • 20,000 - 30,000 Rs CTC per month
    • Performance incentives.
