Job Description

Company Registration and Product Cataloguing on established and upcoming E-Commerce Portals (Amazon Business, Flipkart B2B, Industrybuying.com, Moglix.com, Indiamart, etc)
Product Pricing, Promotional Schemes and Catalogue Updation on all third-party websites
End-to-End Coordination from product listing, managing inventory, accepting orders, label printing, coordinating with Warehouse/Factory for Dispatch, Returns/Complain management, Follow-up for Reviews, and Payment reconciliation
Maintain excellent online listing health with high RRR (reviews, rankings, & ratings)
Should be able to talk effectively in Hindi and English
Have strong computer skills and be able to work effectively on Excel
Should be able to handle multiple tasks & customers at once
Coordination with office staff for preparation of Invoices
Implement a strategic e-commerce business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence pan-India
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by giving post-delivery customer service and obtaining positive rating & feedback
Generate timely monthly order, dispatch, and payment reports
Analyze data to identify new product or website opportunities
Develop promotional ideas and material
