Location: Bangalore/Mangalore/Mysore/UP(Agra/Varanasi)

CTC:  Upto 10 LPA

Interview : Interview will be Online

Responsibilities:

• To touch Base with Territory Manager / SO/ retailers on a daily basis to drive the business objectives
• Extensive travelling to Territory Manager locations
• Achievement of defined targets on key parameters.
• 100% execution of strategies planed by superiors
• Collaboration with Territory Manager / SO/ retailers to enhance productivity
• On job training to Territory Manager /SO/ retailers during visits
• To conduct Monthly review meetings with Territory Manager
• Daily reporting of team activities on retailers enrolment /SO recruitment /activation through app
• Maximize the earnings of retailers /SO/ Territory Manager through knowledge & skill based interventions
• Adherence to compliance to arrest unethical practices
• To ensure overall Profitability of the unit
• Make appropriate tour plan for self and team month on month as per business needs.
