Job Description

We are hiring on urgent basis for following

Position Title Branch Manager

Experience 6 - 9 years of experience of HL/LAP product
Reporting to Regional Manager

Background to the Having built a robust and profitable affordable housing loan business with the
position support of a strong leadership team and cutting edge technology, company is
now at a trajectory where they are envisaging exponential growth while
simultaneously diversifying into multiple channels.

Key Result Areas Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by

managing end to
end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals.
Leading a team of RMs and CSMs.
Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing
business from
builders, DSAs and Connectors.
Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market,
and tapping the
underserviced segment leftover from banks.
Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels,
NPA sales and direct customer interaction.
Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats.

Points to consider: 1. Looking for only HL/Lap experience. 2. Total Experience as mentioned in the JD to be strictly followed. 3. No education gaps or Open universitygraduation is acceptable. 4. Two/4 wheeler is mandatory with the DL. 5. Age groups - RM upto 26 - 27 years , BM - 28 - 32 yrs   The CTC we will offer is as below RM- 3.5-4.5 ( Fixed)+ 1 Lac incentives BM- 5 - 8 ( fixed )+ 1-1.5 Lacs Incentives The compensation will be calculated based on the last drawn salary.
