Machine Maintenance Engineer @ Neeraj Kumar1 Hiring

Job Description

Should maintain 5S, safety at his workplace Responsible for break down maintenance and of Testing and inspection machines (ICT, SPI, AXI and AOI). Responsible for break down maintenance and of DMC laser printer. Responsible for Inspection and testing machines technical availability. Documentation of breakdown and preventive maintenance and maintain the machine history record. Effectively escalate the open points and major breakdowns to Suppliers and close it with in shortest period. Documentation of breakdown and preventive maintenance and maintain the machine history record. Spare parts management and follow-up to get the spare parts. Keep MTTR below the target level Should be able to handle entire SMT line independently. Find the R.C through 5why analysis as per the defined criteria Should have good analytical skills, converting ability to solve problems on machines & lines. Should predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance) Should work in 3 shifts operation and reports to maintenance shift Leader Shall work for safety improvements Should periodically review PM & B/D points, and convert them to CBM, Predictive mode. Need to make scientific analysis of failure and make suggestion of monitoring.
