Job Description: Greet and welcome guests. Perform check-ins and check-outs. Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary. Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary. Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets. Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks. Perform inventory check as and when needed. Assist in service of food and beverage. Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
