PAYMENT ENTRIES FOR CHEQUE ISSUED/ONLINE PAYMENT
RECEIPTS ENTRIES FOR CHEQUE RECEIVED
CREDIT NOTE ENTRIES
DEBIT NOTE ENTRIES
MATERIAL IN & OUT ENTRIES
CASH VOUCHER ENTRY
EMAILING COPY OF INVOICES & ACCOUNT LEDGERS
EMAILING RECEIVED PAYMENT & CHEQUE DETAILS
KEEPING TRACK FOR OUTSTANDING PAYMENT
CHECKING & FOLLOWING UP FOR PURCHASE INVOICES
CO-ORDINATION WITH SALES & SERVICE TEAM
UPDATING DIRECTORS PERSONAL BANK BOOK
FILLING OF ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING ABOVE CORRESPONDENCE
