Responsible for Portfolio growth of Commercial Business Segment of the Bank.
Managing and developing the commercial business team of the Bank which includes commercial vehicle segment and construction equipment segment.
Achieve budgetary number in terms of Book, Disbursement, NII, Fee Income ROA and ROE.
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the assigned area.
Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
Achievement of business plan target in terms of volume growth, product mix and market share.
Conduct detailed market study to analyse the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling strategies.
Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
Build sales culture and sales centric atmosphere among the team members.
Conduct business plan reviews.
Acknowledge the contribution and accomplishments of sales team through proper rewarding system.
Effective cost management.
Ensure Portfolio quality and least delinquency ratio.
