Job Description:
- This is a leadership position in the Technology team with us.
- You will be providing leadership in all technical aspects of the business. Own the development sprint cycles to ensure time-bound delivery and manage the life-cycle, structure and define performance metrics, feedback loops, bug resolution cycles and growth hacks.
- Be aware of the latest tech stacks, all best practices, industry standards, competitor analysis, and existing open-source tools to integrate into product enhancements and build scalable applications.
- Keep envisioning, creating and ideating the product journey by using cutting-edge tech to build a robust and scalable platform in alignment with customer needs and business goals
- Build an A of Engineers with a high-performance culture, work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and build a strong team, lead, guide, nurture them and ensure high level engagement & productivity from each of your team members.
- Drive the ongoing developments & services to take them to greater levels while working on new developments and roll outs Operations, IT Support, IT security, Infrastructure, applications, cloud and digital transformation
- You will be responsible for multiple aspects of product launch/scaling, business direction, people development, vendor empanelment and engineering roadmap for the products, working closely with the promoters.
- Define and monitor policies and processes for product lifecycle management new features, production issues, customer, stakeholder feedback, and larger projects and get them developed and delivered
- You will assure successful execution through the definition, development, and deployment of the tech.
- Develop and implement a technology road-map that aligns with the business strategy and delivers both short-term and long-term results.
- Be the technology leader by developing a sustainable architecture to support business growth.
- Work from scratch and build a multi-functional product includes web and mobile applications.
- You will be hands-on, so involved in writing code as much as leading the team.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Implement technical security infrastructure and processes Ensure that the architecture is futureproofed and kept current at all times.
- Collaborate with the product management team and ensure to update the platform vision and delivery schedules.
- Be responsible for setting up the internal IT systems IT Infrastructure, applications, etc to run an efficient organization.
- Define Information Security policies and IT policies and procedures to ensure firm objectives are achieved and risks are controlled.
Required Candidate profile
- BE/ MCA/B. Tech./ M. Tech. with Computer Science from a premier engineering college.
- 08-12 years of progressive technology experience as an engineer, an architect, project manager and a team leader in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to successfully have launched a product to market, ability to handle multiple projects/teams/activities.
- Experience with full-stack software development including newer front-end frameworks
- Excellent understanding of UI, General Web functions and standards. Scrum and AGILE methodologies are required.
- Ability to code/ should be hands-on with coding, apart from strategically and technologically guide the team
- Be able to integrate sourcing/ warehousing/ frontend/ analytics and big data
- Tech expertise in Open Source/ PHP, My SQL, JS, React.JS HTML, CSS3, Cloud Platform, Integration, DevOps and Big Data.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver incrementally and on-demand.
- Proven proficiency in developing product strategy in line with business requirements and revenue model while keeping in consideration the trade-offs between features, costs, time to enter the market.
- Extremely detail-oriented, analytical and creative problem solver with the ability to guide the tech unit.
- Highly user-centric approach with an obsession to drive usability while adopting an agile and MVP based deployment strategy
- Business flair, P&L management experience and handling multiple stakeholders which implementing roadmaps and strategies to achieve business objectives
- Broad understanding of a companys business and technology strategies and established business process areas and the ways in which technology may impact and enhance business processes.
- Able to evaluate technology and process alternatives.

- Saturday- Sunday Off.
- Work from Office, Monday- Friday, 10AM - 7PM.
- Reporting Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
