Job Description
Key Tasks &Responsibilities Be available via different channels like email, phone and the ticket system for all user requests (Incidents / Service Requests) based on the defined process.
Coordinate the communication for critical incidents
Deliver a first solution on call for easy Incidents / Service Requests
Dispatch tickets if they cannot be solved directly.
Do the complete documentation and categorization to ensure appropriate handover to 2nd Level Support.
Ensure a Service Level based delivery of Solutions Identify recurring issues that could be resolved by implementing changes (e.g. if the same cases occur frequently)
Assist in increasing the content quality within our Knowledge database
Perform to achieve the highest possible work efficiency
To comply with the Company Code of Conduct
To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner To adhere to all Company processes and procedures
To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests. To focus on continuous improvement in contract management process
Skillsets Required
Experience with Microsoft 365.
Experience in working with Incident Management Systems
Understanding and adapting internal customer requirements
Consulting and training of standard Office solutions Microsoft Certified
Very good ITIL process skills
