Must be Experience:
- Must have at least 5.0 to 8.0 year experience out of it 1-3 years in to pure team handling experience required with Banking or BFSI sectors only.
- Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written
- Shift Timings from 7.00 AM to till 8.00 PM) including Sunday & holidays.
- Only Female can apply with maximum age limit of 35 years
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing a team of 15-18 officers handling inbound calls in Credit Cards.
- Manage Team to deliver on Quality, Call productivity, Sales, and Shrinkage as per the defined benchmarks.
- Manage Floor to monitor discipline on floor, resolve officers queries to assist customers, raise issues to respective dept. for resolution, update officers on process/product updates, workstation availability, shrinkage, etc.
- Manage escalated customer calls (complaints) with end-to-end resolution
Candidate Desire:
- Must have at least 5.0 to 8.0 year experience out of it 1-3 years in to pure team handling experience required with Banking or BFSI sectors only.
- Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written
- Flexible to work from 7AM till 8PM) including Sunday & holidays.
- Leadership skills including team motivation, make team adaptable to changes, deliver overall SOPs, etc
- Be Confident and willing to learn with a flair for knowledge. Possess an upbeat, positive can-do attitude & works with integrity.
- Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization. Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers.
Job Locations: Sector-125 & Sector 143 (Noida)
Salary Package:
- Annual CTC of Rs.5.00 to 7.00 Lac per annum plus performance based high Incentives.
- Plus PF, Gratuity and Mediclaim & Insurance cover (as per policy).
Education Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate with any stream Or
- Post Graduate with any stream.
