Job Description: Trainer Road Safety
Location: Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi

Synergie is looking for trainers with experience in road safety. They should have demonstrable credibility in conducting theory cum activity based trainings. The trainers would be required to train truck drivers/ heavy vehicle drivers from the training centre based in the transport hub as mentioned above.
The job profile would entail:
- Working with heavy motor vehicle drivers on road safety
- Strong adherence to processes
- Assessing training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques
- Recording feedback and results, and using these to motivate trainees
- Meeting targets for training.
The candidate needs to have the following:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- The ability to motivate others and inspire trust
- Strong credibility in sports for development/activity based trainings
- Versatile and open to learning.
Pre-requisites:
- Candidate should have his/her own laptop and smartphone
- Immediate working from base location
Compensation
- Target linked compensation plan
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in conducting trainings preferably in road safety
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
- Experience to use sports for development activities while training
- Ability to relate with a variety of audiences

- Candidates having appropriate Masters Degree or equivalent will be preferred.
