Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving the allocated targets pertaining to SA/CA and Trade & Fx for the assigned geography.
Handle a team of BDM
Initiate identification and development of new business segments to generate business opportunities through the

assigned team.

Ensure adherence to daily activity goals assigned by the program for the team.
Team hiring and attrition management.
