Roles and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibility Insurance- Executive

1)To ensure the following so far as Insurance Business of the Region is concerned:

a) Branch Wise & Region Target are achieved Month on Month .

b) To ensure that every branch is activated with Insurance Business every month .

c) To ensure that all issues pertaining to Insurance Business are resolved at the minimum time .

d) To ensure the awareness level of Insurance Products & procedure amongst the branches by One to One Training to Branch Staffs .

e)To motivate the staff of every branch about Insurance Business by either personally visiting the branches or by telephone .

Benefits- Salary + Quarterly Incentives + Bonus + TA/ DA
