Job Description
Looking for a Full-Time Entertainment Content Coordinator for a Movie Website. Very high knowledge in Telugu Movies and Celebs is a MUST. Responsibilities - Responsible for overseeing the processes of ideation, creation and distribution of Creative Telugu Movie Content (News, Features, Video Content, Movie Stories, News, Articles, Interview scripts, Program concepts & other content) on the website and social media Aid in the creation and maintenance of the editorial and content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content every month and ensure the content team is on board Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas and formulate a cross-platform content distribution strategy Supervise and manage the daily activities of a content team composed of editors, writers, graphic designers, video editors, photographers, videographers, and other industry professionals Monitor, Maintain and Manage the delivery of content on the website and across all content distribution channels, including social media Track, research, analyse and assess the content delivery mechanisms of the competitors and suggest improvements to aid in the development of content distribution strategies Track web traffic analytics and user engagement metrics to ascertain content engagement levels Help build a team of writers, freelancers, and other contributors, and supervise all assignments
Monitor, Learn, Understand and respond to user-contributed content on the website and all other platforms of V Cinema Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw users attention Should understand clickable titles and what goes viral on Web and Social Media.
Eligibility - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field Sound knowledge in Telugu Movies and Celebs High proficiency in English and Telugu languages Proven work experience as a Content Delivery Supervisor or similar role Knowledge of Content Management Systems Excellent supervising and research skills Complete understanding of how Social Media works and can be used for a Content Website Basic technical knowledge and understanding of HTML and web publishing Knowledge of SEO and its guidelines and practices Familiarity with web traffic metrics, engagement metrics and all other general KPIs and KRIs of the website, SEO tools, keyword research tools, etc. (e.g. Google Analytics, Semrush,, Ahrefs, Moz and Google Keyword Planner) Attention to detail is a MUST Good organisational and time-management skills Desired Skills and Experience - Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Content Management, Editing Web Content, Writing, Blogging, Media Analysis, Social Media Web Content, Management, Websites, Copywriting, Content Management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Facebook Writing, Proofreading, Analytics
