Dear Candidate,

We are hiring Manager/Deputy Manager(Sourcing Team Ahmedabad) for ITM Edutech Training Pvt Ltd which is the part of ITM group. ITM group is one of the prestigious educations & Training organizations of India having more than 25 years of experience in the field of Education & Training. We are looking for a Manager/Deputy Manager to manage a team of recruiters in Ahmedabad.

Position: Manager/Deputy Manager

Location :Ahmedabad

Experience 2-5 years

Salary: Will be Negotiable

Qualification :Graduate or MBA

KRA as Follow

Employee must groom and manage the assigned team.
Employee must recruit, train, monitor and motivate the budgeted manpower.
Employee must maintain good relations with the clients representatives.
Employee to attend and manage clients interview drive.
Employee to attend and arrange participation in campus drives and job fairs.
Employee to council candidates for the clients profiles and program details.
Employee to ensure all process / documentation and MIS are maintained as required by ITM and client.
Employee must be willing to travel within the city and state for work.
Employee must work towards achieving the expected numbers, revenue and productivity
