Apps Systems Engineer 5 - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Wells Fargo

About the Role

Role expected to perform Defect Analysis and Triaging (DAT) of all Global Branch Foundation (GBF) apps Oracle FLEXCUBE (FC), Banking Payments (OBPM), Liquidity Management (OBLM),
Block chain Adapter (OFBA) and future apps undergoing POC. The role is expected to have basic functional and good technical knowledge of the GBFapps.

Responsibilities

Following activities in brief to be handled:
1) Analyze the defects that rises from IUT, SIT, UAT, OPS training or PFIX environments
2) Look for simulation of steps and coordinate with the Tester to construct
3) Triage the defects and assign to right Dev team (Oracle or Wells teams) or Analyst, back to Tester etc
4) Get in-depth into the defect and gather logs
5) In future raise defects in MOS (Oracle Support system) for Oracle Product defects
6) Do daily/weekly report to senior management
7) Run daily/weekly reports and make sure escalations are done at the right time
8) Good communication and presentation skills.
