Desired Candidate Profile


  • Should possess minimum 2 years of experience in generating business through cold calling to International clients.
  • MBA fresher candidates with good communication skills are also welcome.
  • Gathering database of potential clients for cold calling.
  • Perform primary research on individuals using various data sources.
  • Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their objectives.
  • Prospecting, identifying new opportunities and leads and pitching particularly International clients and generate sales for the Company.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing strategy and should proactively find new business by utilizing sales knowledge and experience.
  • Must possess relevant knowledge in E-learning, Web development, UI/UX services, Mobile App domain, and SEO services.
  • Planning of competitive strategy including business plan and action plan. Must be well versed with RFP/RFQ/ RFI process.
  • Proficient in bidding portals like Upwork and freelance
  • Negotiating and closing the leads within a stipulated time frame.
  • Undertake any Sales/BD related activities as specified by the Manager, Director or direct reportee.
  • Using enthusiastic approach, logical and techno-functional skills to generate high volume outbound telephone calls/emails to enterprise customers and SME companies.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
