Qualification 10th (SSC)
Min 2 years of Experience in sales / business / insurance agents
Age 45 years
Reporting to BRANCH MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:

Recruitment and Development of AGENTS, new and renewal business generation through a team of engaged AGENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Licensing of the agent
New and vintage agent productivity
Maintain healthy renewal business
Co-ordination with operations for new business issuance and renewal collection
Co-ordination between customer and AGENTS for smooth functioning of renewal collection and also for up sale and cross sale
Successful implementation of different sales promotion for the AGENTS
Coaching and mentoring intervention for the AGENTS

PREFERRED SKILL SET:

Proficiency in computers
Demonstrate self-discipline & good time management.
Confident, professional, positive & realistic attitude
Maintain a habit of continuous learning & take responsibility for the development of ones own skills, including
technical, business, and interpersonal, written and informal verbal communication
