Technical Team Lead (javascript & CSS) @ Accenture

Job Description

Qualifications / skills: Total experience in UI required is 5+ years
1. Should have managed a team of 8 to 10 FTEs as a lead for at least 1 year now
2. B Tech (CS/IT) or MCA
3. Solid logical and analytical skills
4. Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset/Added advantage
5. Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds - Must have
6. Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 - Must have
7. Good understanding of standard JavaScript libraries and frameworks - Must have
8. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX - Must have
9. Familiarity with building browser extensions and/or web applications
10. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
11. Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
12. Ability to take decisions on spam and abuse violations based on manual inspection of source code/derived signals

Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift as per client requirement.
