Job Description

Responsibilities

The responsibilities are as below but are not limited to: -

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Follow-up and update the customer on status and information
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Requirements

• Excellent Communication (Both Written and oral)
• Go getter attitude
• Proficiency in English
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role ( Optional )
• Comfortable in start-up culture, fast-paced and dynamic environment that may require extending beyond work hours.
