5 DAYS WORKING

2 ROTATIONAL OFF

BOTH SIDE CAB

ROLES&RESPONSIBILITY-
DEAL DIRECTLY WITH CUSTOMERS EITHER BY TELEPHONE OR ELECTRONICALLY USING ORGANIZATIONS PRODUCTS.
RESPOND PROMPTLY TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES.
HANDLE AND RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORD OF DISCUSSIONS OR CORRESPONDENCE WITH CUSTOMERS.
FOLLOW- UP ON CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS.
MAINTAIN CUSTOMER DATABASES.
DIRECT UNRESOLVED ISSUES TO DESIGNATED RESOURCE
