Job Description
g>MANAGER ACCOUNTSQualification Graduate in Accounts
Desired Experience Should have 7- 8 years of experience Some one with experience in real estate company will be preferred.
Desired Profile Should have strong analytical bent of mind and problem solving skills Must have methodological approach towards analysis and generating reports with strong leadership skills Must have general awareness of real estate industry Must have experience on Computerized Accounting Software like Tally; ERP & SAP.
Key area of work Preparing tax plans and finalization of accounts of Corporate and Non-Corporate Assesse Independently handling of Project Accounts like voucher checking, updating collection from customer, statutory compliances, BRS, Tax Planning, Cash Flow, and Project Costing etc Coordinating in complete planning and management activities for ensuring completion of internal & statutory audits Reviewing regular book entries/project accounts to ensure accuracy.
Preparation of Annual Budget and coordinating in consolidation of the same with other Departments as well and Variance Analysis for deviation of actual with budgets and actual with revised budgeted plan. Preparation of monthly MIS including costing of the product, fund flow, working capital, profit & costing variance analysis, ratio analysis, consumption reports etc. and projections for future periods
