Overview: We are looking for an experienced and skilled PeopleSoft Technical expert with proven experience of supporting, and enhancing the PeopleSoft Application.

Technology Requirements Minimum of 5+ years experience on PeopleSoft HR version 9.0 and above
Comprehensive understanding of standard business processes preferably in the staffing industry.
Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS Application.
Proficient in using PeopleSoft reporting toolset ( XMLP, SQL, PS Query and nVision).
Provide functional/ technical expertise in advising clients relating to any regarding Time and Labour functionality.
Should have a clear and thorough functional/ technical understanding of the payroll, PS T & L module and integration of T & L with Global Payroll
Understands the implementation life-cycle and is comfortable performing at every step within it (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support).
Create project and test plans
Produce business requirements and technical specification documentation for development
Working knowledge on PS Technical (PeopleCode , Application Designer, SQL)
Knowledge of PS Security.
