Job Description

Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Certification): 
  • Graduate / MBA or Masters degree.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and manage content for specific Sector/Alliance/Global Service Line/Discipline
  • Coordinate content management projects
  • Maintain consistent look and feel for all content following the standard guidelines
  • Accountable and responsible
  • ensuring the deliverables are of high quality
  • delivery of services within the SLA/SLOs defined
  • suggestion & implementation for continuous improvements
  • Harvest information from Proposals, internal portals, emails, corporate social networking site and make it available for future use
  • Support in newsletter / newsflash creation
  • Coordinate with team to obtain and distribute content
  • Respond to Category 1/Category 2 requests where information is easily available
  • Be proficient in retrieving information, evaluating or assessing information, organizing and analyzing content, presenting content, ensuring the security of content, and collaborating around valuable content
  • Keep current with social network, blogs, events, etc.
  • Formulate strategies to capture key knowledge to bridge the knowledge gap in the community
  • Track and report metrics
  • Experience of knowledge and repository management, proposal support, conducting business and process analysis based on the business requirements, initiating campaigns to generate new business
  • Adhere to quality guidelines of all internal processes
  • Experience working on RFx, RFI, RFPs, working tools like Sharepoint, Drupal, CMS, Team rooms, Wiki will be an added advantage



General Requirements

  • Fluent English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)
  • Good research skills. Ability to quickly digest and compare/contrast large amounts of written material
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests
  • Familiarity and experience in IT Services and understanding of key software tools and technologies
  • Good exposure to social media tools and other KM technologies
  • Understanding of knowledge management principles
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and business functions
