Desired Candidate Profile

Job description: SUMMARY:

QA Lead with 5-7 years of experience in software testing ( Automation). The QA lead should make substantive contributions to the QA team by suggesting process improvements and implementing new tools. He/she will be closely working with the PM for :

Leading scrum QA teams
Drive complete automation efforts
Evaluate new tools and technologies
Keep management up to date on project status
Closely working with BA, Scrum master and development team
Timely deliverables
Develop new framework as when required
Coordinate with Onsite teams for QA activities status
Helping the QA team to align well with the Scrum process
Work with team members and help them with technical/non-technical issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mentor and help up new/ junior team members

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

Experience in working with both Manual and Automation QA team.
Experience in leading the QA teams
Convert requirements/acceptance criteria into test plan and test cases.
4+ years of experience in C#/Java with Selenium Web Driver experience
Aware of QA metrics and reporting
Knowledge of SQA methodologies and practices
Exposure to JIRA-Agile and Zephyr tool

Good to Have:

Experience with performance/Load testing
Experience with testing REST API
Experience in Mobile Automation or exposure to Mobile testing
Travel domain experience
