Experience required :8-10 years of Sales Experience

Qualification : Btech/ MBA marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Should be able to lead the upto 10 sales people (Telesales and Field sales)
• Daily reporting from the sales team
• Target achievement Self and team
• Visiting architects and consultant for company introduction and Registration in upcoming projects
• Liasoning with govt departments
• Visiting MNS and large projects for empanelment and business development
• Training and coaching the along with the coach / consultants
• Problem solving of entire team.
