Desired Candidate Profile
Project PlanningCo-ordinate with architects / consultants to finalise layouts and statutory drawings
Evaluate BOQ / tender drawings submitted by consultants
Budgets, tendering & contracting
Forecast monthly cash flow budget, basis planned execution of work.
Collaborate and co-ordinate with Contracts & Purchase Team for BOQs, tenders and contract related issue
Project Execution and Monitoring
Review and ensure availability of correct, consistent and comprehensive drawings and specification with the contractor
Monitor the delivery and work quality of vendors
Drive efficiency, review periodically, escalate issues and ensure corrective actions
Maintenance
Plan preventive & implement Supervise & train team members.
Maintain & improve electrical instruments and machine for smooth operation.
Vendor Management & Payables
Monitor milestones against project plan
Review and approve first-level sign off on the measurement sheets, payments
Quality & Safety
Ensure implementation of construction QA/ QC processes
Assist in quality & safety audits at sites
Compliance & Audits
Ensure adherence to all systems & processes as required by the organisation
Array :
Any Engineering Graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil, with an overall experience of 4+ years in construction/ infrastructure development or related industries.
Has worked on Requirements Analysis, Design Skills, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management, Supervision, CAD/CAM Design
Must Haves :
Functional competency to handle multiple projects with respect to infrastructure projects. Should have an experience in working with a large team.
Ready to travel to multiple locations in the respective location, as required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to assert strategic leadership, foresight and effective judgment.
