Job Description

Follow-up with clients/Customers to Recovery the loan Amount and
Payment
Call the allocated Retail Borrowers for repayment of Loan
To conclude Loan payment based on the matrix provided by the
Management
To send template email /messages/WhatsApp confirmation to the
Borrowers.
Search/Trace Retail Borrowers using various mediums-Social Sites.
