Profile:
- InstaReM is looking for a Product Manager to join its product team and lead the implementation of global projects in our journey towards making remittances accessible and affordable for all. In this role,you'll work with cross functional teams to build a product strategy and roadmap to grow our consumer business. At the same time, you would be in constant look-out of improvements and additions to our customer platform to magnify the CX of the product.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new product/feature developments and launches. Build a market excelling product line, offering best in class services and experience Close involvement in documentation, validation, verification of critical performance data,feedback and findings related to the customer transaction funnel
- Proactively identify gaps in the current product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value
- Work closely with a team of skilled engineers to deliver sprints on time and set the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the platform and the team
- Work with the design team to constantly improve the UI/UX of the website and mobile app.
- Hands on experience in wireframing tools is a big plus. Understand the blend between Interaction,UX and usability
- Responsible for incorporating feedback from market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and design features/functionalities to keep our products and services ahead of competition
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback post-launch, and respond quickly to diagnose and correct problems
Technical experience and competencies:
- Minimum 5 years full-time work experience in online remittance/payments products or digital banking/fintech
- Experience of building mobile products - from strategy to implementation would be an added advantage
- Have prior experience in understanding and solutioning with APIs
- Super comfortable with data, analysis and decision making based on that data.
- Comfortable with all the analytics tools out there, particularly firebase and CleverTap
- A working knowledge of SQL, HTML and JS would be a big plus
