Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and other contractual obligations
2. Ensure a culture of service management excellence is developed and maintained.
3. Ensure service delivery by ensuring that the right employees, equipment and products are deployed and available and that the service delivered meets the quality requirements agreed with the client.
4. Identify risks to solution implementation.
5. Assist the Sales organisation to identify opportunities to up sell services and to track other opportunities that may emerge.
6. Contribute to and optimise the contract renewal process.
7. Drive the resolution of escalated problems.
8. Build effective working relationships with senior internal stakeholders involved in the account or portfolio of accounts.

Requirements: Education, Training and Experience.

1. General Qualification in Business Management/IT(Degree or Certifications) Experience 10 12 years work experience
2. At least 10 years experience relevant to the field
3. Personal Attributes and Skills Required
4. Skills and knowledge
5. Excellent client service orientation and impeccable relationship building skills
6. Display an analytical orientation and continually identify mechanisms for improved service delivery
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Strong leadership qualities that support a strategic development approach
9. Deep understanding of the clients business needs and technology strategy and the associated Dimension Data delivery model Attributes
10. Display excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage work processes
11. Display the ability to mentor and coach others
12. People management ability
