Desired Candidate Profile
he incubment is responsible for all commercial aspects of the project execution. This includes project specific commercial, contractual and administrative activities; tax and insurance relevant issues, as well as project controlling and reporting etc. The CPM is jointly responsible for the project profit and loss together with the PM. Should be reponsible for handling all commercial aspects of large turnkey construction contracts & efficient management of customer relationships.A r e a s o f R e s p o n s i b i l i t y / T a s k s:
Accounting and Reporting for Projects
Forecasting Turnover, Profit and Cash Flows for projects
Driving achievment of profit, cash flow and turnover for projects. Project Risk Management.
Receivables and Excess Cost Management
Regular monitoring and coordination to ensure efficient management of all commercial aspects of projects including Bank Guarantees/ LCs, taxation, contractual, insurance and finance, Billing Schedule Reconciliation, invoicing, purchase orders, Debit /Credit Notes, Transfer pricing etc.
Regular interface with Customers to ensure mutually benefitial relationship
R e q u i r e d K n o w l e d g e & S k i l l s :
IFRS/ Indian GAAP provisions on Construction Contracts
Taxation/ contractual/ finance (BG/ LC etc.)
Working on SAP
Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain cutomer relations and in interactions with foreign counterparts/ HQ
