We are looking for client facing technically skilled consultant who has experience in implementing at least one end to end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation working on and leading technical teams.
Candidate should have minimum of 7 - 10 years hands on experience implementing Oracle Core HR, OTL and Payroll modules (at least one full project life cycle implementation). Must have 4+ Years of strong technical experience in Oracle either E-Business R12/11i OR Oracle HCM cloud module Proficient in Report development using BI publisher or HCM Extract Good knowledge in developing complex BI Publisher reports Experience or Good Knowledge of Cloud technologies especially SaaS Conversion/Interface experience on One of FBDI (File based data integrator) or HDL (HCM data Loader) Experience on OTBI reporting Candidate must have knowledge on development analysis in OTBI from one or more subject area (knowledge of usage of custom OTBI statement/Logical SQL if required). Experience supporting IT functions in Oracle EBS R12/11i and in HCM Fusion environments. At least one full life cycle implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Human Capital Management Fusion Architecture and developing HCM extracts, FBL, BI Reports and BI publisher Experience in at least 2 of following Oracle Application modules: HR, Oracle Projects Foundation, Oracle Core financials (AP, AR, GL). Strong understanding of Oracle APIs and open interfaces along with experience developing Good understanding of underlying security in Oracle Applications. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills for Oracle apps issues. Experience in performance tuning in Oracle SQL/PLSQL. Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic team environment. Good knowledge in creating Dashboards with graphical reports for analysis. At least 1- 2 end to end HCM Modules and Payroll implementations projects cycles. Proficient in studying the user requirements and configuring the above functionalities within the solution. Ability to prepare test scripts and conduct functional testing for HCM modules As part of the role you should possess skills to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno functional problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are high level of techno functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction expertise. Resolving highly complex and mission critical issues. Manage highly complex and critical customer issues Proactively contribute to improve the team efficiency by sharing knowledge, providing feedback about best practices, designing tools/utilities etc. Participate and drive initiatives that Improve overall product and documentation quality HCM Product Suite knowledge is mandatory.
