Job Description: Job Brief: Looking for Scrum Master who will coach team members and proactively eliminate barriers and addresses challenges to the team to meet sprint goals. Will work closely with the Product Owner to support release planning, foster team decision making and encourage cross- training and team support. Experience: 8+Years of Expereince minimum 3 6 Yrs in Ecommerce or other web applications. Location: Bangalore, Whitefield Education BE/ Btech/ MCA/ MBA , PMP Certification, Scrum Certification Must have technical/ professional qualifications: Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works. Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices. Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP, etc. Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile- Scrum, so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team. Knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs. Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time. Knowledge about the value of metrics and incremental delivery. Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc. Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices.What Role Responsibilities to Expect: Facilitate team for better creativity and improve the efficiency of the development team. Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology. Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team. Arrange daily stand- up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision- making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process. Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint. Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings. Organize and facilitates the sprint planning meeting. Ensure development stories acceptance criteria assumptions and all related documentation are timely and complete supporting development testing and user acceptance activities. Ensure timely and accurate communication and distribution of project information to all appropriate team members and stakeholders Identify differences in understanding and issues as they arise and elevate them to the team for resolution or to management if needed Manage Sprints keeping order process delivery priorities accurate and on time Work with Product Owners and QA team off shore to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in a timely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines.Working with Embitel Freedom to challenge norms, make mistakes, learn and grow There is no I in word Team and also no hierarchy at Embitel Employees of Embitel are partners of our excellence and growth.
