Job Description
We're hiring Doctor Service Associates (Female only) for a reputed healthcare company in Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
Position Responsibility summary:
- Connect with Doctors over call/email and to explain them about the website.
- Maintaining the data for lead generated.
- Coordinate with internal team for case closure.
- Coordination with Doctors for Survey & Promotions.
- Maintaining and managing Data in Excel.
- Backend activities of Website like Verification & handling QRC.
Basic Requirement:
- Any Graduate
- Good oral and written English & Hindi communication.
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel, word & power point.
