Key Responsibilities : b: Designing coding and implementing APEX code Triggers Classes Components et Visual force components and SOQL statements
D: Designing and implementing new Sales force objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Sales force customizations
Technical Experience : a: Service Cloud
b: Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL, Apttus Solutions
D: Experience with technologies supporting SaaS applications including XML Web Services HTML and JavaScript Work Experience in Web services SAOP and REST APIs
Professional Attributes : a: 5 Years must have Experience on Service Cloud skill
b: Knowledge of Salesforce com is needed and prior experience adapting it to various business needs is also required
D: Good to have Java Experience or Siebel escript experience
d: Good communication and collaboration skills are needed
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
