Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, SMEs, and senior executives from different business areas (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance) on roadmap planning and prioritization.
Analyse and understand existing business and IT processes.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with SMEs, key stakeholders, and IT teams.
Assist with project management activities, stand-up meetings, etc.
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Perform data discovery, and analysis, and create documents for modeling/design purposes.
Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
Convert Business requirements to Data and Technical requirements.
Break processes into logical activities and Identify problem areas / potential issues.
Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
Test business processes and recommend improvement areas.
Qualification and Skills:
Hands-on experience in generating process documentation and reports.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data/information into actionable insights.
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft or equivalent applications, including Visio , Excel, MS Project, DevOps Board for project management.
Experience with data visualization and technical writing capabilities.
