Job description;

Prepare rough hand sketches for completing the costing activities.
Responsible for Providing the Tools, Gauges & Fixture on Time.
Maintaining all Departmental reports and records like Trackers, review reports, QMS & IMS documents

Roles & Responsibilities;

Designing and improving production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Writing, editing, and testing CNC programs using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts and components to specifications.
Conceptualizing the design: The CNC Engineer then develops a concept of the tool or fixture, considering factors such as ergonomics, accessibility, and ease of use.
Establishing guidelines for tolerance as required in absence of standards,
Developing and maintaining process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
Development Plan the product development as schedule.
Selecting and implementing production equipment and technologies to optimize the production process.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, quality, and procurement, to ensure that production processes are aligned with organizational goals.
Tool Development Assembly, testing and Machining
Implementing process control and monitoring systems to ensure consistent production results.
Adopt a flexible approach to workload and assume new responsibilities where appropriate
