Designation :- System Analyst - Networking
Job Location :- Bengaluru / ( Open to Relocate to Bangalore )
Qualifications :- Any Graduation / BE / B tech / MCA / Msc
Years of Experience :- 6 months - 6 yrs
Technical Skills:
0.6 months - 5 year experience in Routing, Switching, Security and Network management and OSI Model experience.
Ability to isolate and solve complex technical/business problems with the ability to interact with people (customer and internal) at all levels, across a geographic region
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Passionate about networking, information technology or cloud technologies.
An up-to-date knowledge and understanding of your employer's business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands
To recognize the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user;
Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technically trained;
Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization;
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
Ready to work in rotational shifts in 24x7 operations.
Process Skills:
Provide support in the areas of Networking and Routers, Switches Wireless Networking
Operate, Administer and Govern customer setup.
Participate/Drive ITIL based change management, Problem management, incident management.
Certification:
Preferred CCNA or similar level certification
