Looking for HR Interns /HR Trainee /HR Recruiter(Work From Home/ Office)
Looking for Smart, Intelligent, Dedicated & Committed HR Interns /Hr Trainee /Handling MNC BPO /IT hiring Independently.
Qualification : Any Graduate / 10+2 / Post Graduates
Preferably: 06 months (Bulk Hiring)+ Communication skills in ENGLISH [ written / oral ] Age Group [18-30]
Perks: 1.20 to 2.25 CTC Stipend + Incentives + 8 hours Flexible work+ Certificate
Date of Joining: > 1 Week
Locations: Jaipur, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Thane, Bangalore
JOB Profile:-
- Sourcing Relevant candidates for Esteemed Clients Open to Call Candidates from Portals
- Convince them to Apply & ensure they WALK-IN
- Ensure Weekly Offer & Joiner Targets Achieved
- Ensure Candidate Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner
- Source Relevant Candidates for Esteemed Clients Ensure Good Briefing, Grooming to match requirement
- Event management of Respective Client
- Ensure Weekly Targets Achieved
- Ensure Client Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner
- Delivery Driven Approach.
Required:-
- Ability to talk Fluently on the Phone with the customer/ Candidates.
- Basic speed TYPING experience fast typing and Strong in MS -EXCEL - tracker, MS- WORD mgt.
- Should be willing to work on high Pressure and achieve daily targets.
- Should have the Fire and interest in Recruitment
- Communicating with the Candidates and other people on the phones
- High Energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality
- Should be able to research Candidates , Head-hunt and map talent from Social media.
- Take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results.
Note:
- In case of leaving job before 6 months from the date of joining, company will not give you any certificate
- Student having exam their in next 3 month shall not be preferably
- Should not have any commitments part time courses, tuitions, etc. that hamper work performance
- Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows Social media etc.
- Candidates must have a own Laptop /WiFi Connection /Smart Phone.
- Available for immediately Joining
