Engineering Manager @ Free zone consultancy

Job Description

Minimum 10 (more is ok) years of experience as an Engineer/Manager/Team lead.
Hands-on software development architecture and development experience with one or more of Java, Python,etc
Excellent written (scoping/architecture documents) and verbal skills
Software product company (vs. Services company) experience
At least 3 years of experience building/deploying and operating commercial applications on AWS
Hands-on understanding of modern DevOps practices (e.g. CI/CD pipeline, application performance monitoring & management
Solid understanding of QA automation practices and hands-on experience with one or more QA automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress)
Working knowledge of Jira or Azure
Experience working in a structured & process oriented commercial product environment
Working understanding of Security & Compliance frameworks
Ability to coordinate across multiple scopes/functions, motivate team and collaborate with other engineering and non-engineering teams
