Profile should have Asset Management / Investment Banking / Capital Markets / Wealth Management experience
In case (a) is not satisfied then profiles should have experience in Risk, Compliance with focus on above mentioned areas.
In addition to (a) & (b) following are good to have - experience in Middle office, Derivatives, Investments
Functional skillset
Profile should have strong relevant functional skillset (PM/BA)
Profiles with only IT PM/BA experience or only BAU operations are not preferred should have minimum 60%-70% transformation/change skillset + should have led a change/delivery independently (for GCB 5)
Profile should have at least working knowledge of Agile if they have not worked on it then at least theoretical understanding of how it will work
Good to have - Profile should have experience of working on tools such as JIRA, Confluence
