Short Description Performance Test Lead 6 to 9 Yrs Bangalore Qualifications Job Responsibilities Job Description 5 yrs of experience in Jmeter and Load runner Experience in Functional and Automation testing selenium preferred Willing to contribute to Functional and Automation testing Should take complete ownership of Performance Testing Expert in Jmeter with the capability to convert existing Load runner scripts to Jmeter Experience in performance diagnostics capacity planning and performance architecture design Ensure that applications meets the highest standards of Performance Scalability and Reliability Capture analyze interpret technical data performance metrics from application database OS and Network Work independently and interface collaboratively with development engineering and architecture teams required Recommending architectural changes to improve system performance Must possess strong experience using and implementing best practice programs with respect to load generation bottleneck analysis usage of modeling tools and statistical analysis Client Facing and have excellent communication skills Ready to work under minimal guidance for the allotted testing to be accomplished Ready to learn new technologies and tools to achieve maximum optimization possible across domains and technologies
