Delivery Executives are also known as Delivery Executives or Couriers. Individuals in this role are on-the-road staff who are responsible for collecting packages from the local office and delivering them to the customers at their doorstep

Job description

Delivery Executive Responsibilities :

1. Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
2. Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
3. Carefully loading and unloading all packages.
4. Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
5. Answering customers questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
6. Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
7. Obtaining customers signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.
8. Cleaning, washing, refueling, and maintaining the company vehicle.
9. Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.
