Job Description

Urgent Requirement - Reservation Executive JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Attending Calls / Action Emails.
Handling Reservations/Bookings.
Keeping a proper track about the guests payments cycle.
Marking the voucher on the status chart.
Emailing the status charts to the respective properties & HODs (daily).
Emailing the voucher master files to the HODs (daily).
Updating Lead Report (daily).
Sending tariff mailers to the travel agents (every tariff change).
Updating DMS software (Data Management System).

Qualifications :- Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Graduation Pursuing Skills Required :-

Good Communication Skills
Good Interpersonal Skills
Coordination Skills
Convincing power
Negotiating Power
