Job Description

We have an opening for the position of Lead - Quality & Regulatory for a Reputed Company at the Delhi (Lajpat Nagar) location.
Key Responsibilities:- Is an effective communicator and is able to institutionalize good manufacturing practices across factories
- Possesses know-how of the legal metrology act, Factory act, FSSAI rules, and regulations and is able to guide the organization and its members to be in accordance with the appropriate interpretation of the law.
- Possesses knowhow of PM and RM and is able to design appropriate processes for incoming quality checks
- Co-create along with Sleepy owl SC and the founding team a journey from quality control to a world-class manufacturing setup
- Able to engage local and national applicable authorities and liaise with them to ensure business continuity
- Understand, Identify, and put in place appropriate controls to reduce risk across all pillars of WCM
- Self-motivated and able to effectively communicate expectations, and targets, and can walk the talk
- Packaging quality checks
- Rollout of analytical methods and ability to set up a lab
- An individual with at least 4+ years of experience in setting and managing the process, incoming, and FG quality in a food and beverage environment, preferably in a factory setup
- He/ she is comfortable working with a large number of blue collared workforce and is able to drive improvement initiatives through them.
- He/ she should preferably be a food technologist and is able to bring in nuances of parameters, testing, methodology, documentation, traceability to innovation, and in-process / FG checks.
- Is well versed with statistical process control, variability management techniques, and its role in quality assurance
- Is comfortable with ambiguity, self-starter, displays initiative and boundarylessness in her/ his area of work.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in the coffee company will be preferred.
