Job Description
:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Structural Design Engineer for a reputed Company at the Mumbai location.
Key Responsibility:
- Experience Industrial Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Structural Analysis and Design Skills.
- Design of Steel & RCC Structures as per ACI, BSEN, AISC ASD/LRFD & Indian Codes
- Connections as per AISC ASD/LRFD & Indian Codes
- Well versed with STAAD, STAAD FOUNDATION, RCDC, RAM Connection, Mat Foundation, Limcon, Idea Statica
- Nevis work, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Suite.
- Preparation & Review of PEB drawings and Design models.
- Analysis and design of Process supporting superstructure, Pipe racks, cooling Towers, Crusher & Screen House, WTP with ETP, STG Building, Boiler Building, utility structures, Galleries Transfer Tower and 2-PoleTresle and 4-Pole trestles, RCC
- tanks, and Tank Foundations, Ducting & Duct Supports, Raft, Pile & Pile cap Design etc.
- Static and Dynamic Analysis
- Preparation of cost-effective and constructible design solutions.
- Supporting Proposal Team for successful bidding
- Preparation of Specifications, DBR and BOQ, etc.
- Bid Analysis and preparation of purchase recommendation.
- Preparation of working drawings and review of fabrication drawings.
- Interdepartmental coordination for design data.
- Coordination with site activities, and maintaining the delivery schedule.
- Preparation of design-specific MS Excel design spreadsheets.
- Manage the work for w.r.t schedule and available resources.
- Good communication, time management, direction, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities for successful interactions with clients, superiors, and
- subordinates.
- Ability to on Estimation, Costing, and assisting the Proposal team for making successful proposals.
- Having in-depth knowledge of the phases of the Project Execution Cycle including pre-engineering
- work.
- Preparing and Reviewing Tender, specifications, bid analysis, and Purchase recommendations.
- Dynamic & multitasking abilities with in-depth experience and an excellent record of accomplishment in handling projects in stipulated time and cost.
- An excellent team leader with an ability to utilize the Strengths of Engineers. Self-motivated as well as motivates team members.
