Job Description

Skills

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Experience with sourcing techniques
Sound judgment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Negotiation skills and interview skills.

Roles Responsibilities

The incumbent will require to do
Identify hiring needs
Doing manpower planning
Identify the best sourcing tool (Online and Offline)
Screening and lining up for an interview
Shortlisting the candidates
Negotiating and closing the offer with the best-suited candidates and
assist candidates to join.
