Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1) Program Development/Designing
2) Program Management-Proposal Development, Budgeting, Maintain Donor Relations, and
Reporting
3) Life skills-should have the knowledge and hands-on experience in Life skills. Should be able to
implement Life skills as per the program module.
4) Managing, Mentoring, and Monitoring Team
5) Networking and Liaising with Partners
6) Representing Program and Organization in different Forums.

Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Competence
1. Master/Ph.D. in Humanitarian Science/Social Work/Education
2. Over 15 years of experience in Education Space and(or)Livelihood in NGO/Non Profit
Educational OrganisationLine of Communication:

The Director will report to CEO.
